Accreditation & Licensing:
a. We want to be transparent: our courses are not accredited. It's important to understand that within Australia, no certification requirements or government regulations are enforced for nail services, however you can undertake a Certificate 2 or 3 in Nail Technology, provided by accredited beauty schools or TAFEs. Your requirements for licenses and qualifications may differ depending on your location.
Course Content:
Our training is based on our knowledge and experience with the products and services we offer. Please note that our masterclass may cover similar content to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the theory behind our products and processes. If you enroll in multiple masterclasses, there may be overlapping information.
Returns & Refund Policy:
a. Protecting our digital products: When you purchase digital products from us, please don't share the content and access with anyone else. Unauthorised sharing will result in loss of future access and no refunds. Refunds are not issued for digital products, including online training and e-books, once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered.
b. In-Person training: If you book an In-Person training session and decide to cancel, please be aware of our cancellation policy:
i. 25% fee if canceled more than two weeks before the training date.
ii. 50% fee if canceled within two weeks of the training date.
iii. 100% fee if canceled within 48 hours of the training date.
Rescheduling must be requested at least two weeks before the training date.
In-Person Training:
a. Ownership and payment: Any materials, including images and videos, taken during the In-Person training, are owned by Apex Artistry, and we retain content rights for advertising and marketing purposes. Full payment is required two weeks before the training date.
b. Accreditation: You should know that nail service accreditation is not legally required in Australia for services taught during our training. Our courses focus on sharing Apex Artistry's knowledge and techniques and are not accredited training courses.
c. Choosing the right course: Please ensure you have selected the correct training course and understand what is included in the training. If a product/tool kit was purchased, it will be supplied on the training day.
d. Responsibility for models: You are responsible for arranging your own two models for the training day unless otherwise discussed with Apex Artistry.
Confidentiality:
a. Protecting our confidential information: You are strictly prohibited from sharing, disclosing, or profiting from Apex Artistry's confidential information or techniques. This includes refraining from using our information within your training platforms, courses, or programs.
b. What is confidential: Confidential Information includes any information disclosed by us to you, identified as confidential or reasonably considered confidential. This includes information related to or disclosed in connection with our Intellectual Property Rights. You may not disclose, use, or exploit our Confidential Information without our express written authorisation.
Purchase Agreement:
a. Confirming your purchase: By confirming your purchase at checkout, you agree to the total purchase price at that time.
Discount Codes:
a. Responsibility for discounts: You are responsible for correctly entering any applicable discount codes during promotional periods. Failure to apply a discount code during the sale will not result in partial refunds.

All pricing is stated in (USD$) unless you manually select a different currency from our menu. Prices of our products may change without prior notice, and the current price is displayed on our website at the time of your order.
